如何增加一个新的收款人？

Interac e-Transfer lets you send money to anyone with an account at any Canadian Financial Institution.

If you send Interac e-Transfers to a particular recipient frequently, you can add them to your Payee List.

From the Banking tab under My Accounts, select "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds"
Select "Add INTERAC e-Transfer Recipient" from the Related Services menu.
Enter the payee's name, email address, the security question the payee will have to answer, and the answer to that security question.
Select "Continue" and confirm the information.

You will now be able to select that recipient from the "To:" dropdown box on the "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds" page. You won't have to re-enter the recipient's email and security question every time you send an Interac e-Transfer.

如何将款项汇出？

To send an Interac e-Transfer, from the Banking tab:

Select "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds".
Enter the amount, the account you would like to pay from, and in the "To:" dropdown list, select "INTERAC e-Transfer".
Select the date(s) you would like to make the payment(s) on and select "Submit".
You will be asked to:
- Provide the name and email address or mobile phone number of the recipient
- Provide a security question and answer that only the recipient will be able to answer (you may want to agree on a question with the recipient in advance)
Upon confirmation, an email or text message notification will be automatically sent to the recipient with instructions on how to retrieve the funds.

Your Interac e-Transfer send limit is based on your client card's daily access limit. To learn more on what your individual limit is send us a secure email through the Online Banking Message Centre or call 1-800-769-2555. There is a minimum transfer limit of $0.01.
